Information we may collect

Depending on how you use our website or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address, company, and message content.
• Technical information that our hosting provider, Vercel, Google Fonts, and other third-party services may receive, such as your IP address and browser details. We do not run our own analytics to record which pages you visit.
• Your language preference stored in your browser, and technical information that third-party services, including Google Fonts, may receive, as described on our Cookies page.

How we may use information

We may use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our website and services, and meet legal or security requirements. We send further messages about optml only if you check that option on the form.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, or when required by law. Those providers include Vercel, which hosts the site, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes contact-form messages so they can be emailed to us, and Google Fonts, which displays the site's typefaces. FormSubmit may process that information outside Canada, including in the United States. Vercel and Google may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details, and that processing may also take place outside Canada. Vercel and FormSubmit are required to use the information only to do the work for us.

Cookies

This website does not currently set first-party cookies. We use localStorage to remember your language choice. Google states that its Fonts CSS API does not use cookies. Some third-party services may use cookies or similar tools. See our Cookies page for details.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

If you are in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where applicable.
