We believe that construction planning is long overdue for a change. We aim to help construction contractors crack down on delays and cost overruns by offering a new way of planning construction projects that will allow them to see the big picture and make better decisions. Our platform is designed to plan and manage projects more thoroughly with fewer resources, thus improving the overall efficiency of the construction industry and cutting down on material, economic, and time waste.
Current state
Projects are still planned in spreadsheets and on Gantt charts. Those tools show when work starts, not where it happens. Crews collide, access closes, and delays only show up after they have already hit the job. This is a clear indication that the fundamental way we plan construction projects today is flawed, and we believe that a concrete change in methodology is needed to address this.
